What if I order a new Tank and Jellyfish at the same time?
We’re not silly, we know it takes a bit of time to get your new tank up and running.
We will ship your tank first, and your live jellyfish later. We arrange a suitable delivery date with you for the jellyfish (via email), so that you’re ready for their arrival. They won’t just turn up unannounced!
Arrive Alive – Our jellyfish are guaranteed to arrive alive. In the exceptionally rare case when a jellyfish doesn’t make the journey, we provide replacements free of charge.
We are able to offer our services to all European countries. Our jellyfish are delivered overnight within 24 hours, and so still have our ‘Arrive Alive’ guarantee.

We are able to deliver all of our products to US customers.
Jellyfish we can deliver to US customers: Moon Jellyfish only at the moment! Other species due to be available in due time.
Other products are widely available to US customers (aquariums, spares, etc.)

Arrive Alive Guarantee
Replacement jellyfish are provided in the rare event of jellies not surviving the trip with the courier. In this event, we require photo or video evidence of the deceased jellyfish at time of delivery (i.e. on day of delivery, in the packaging they came in) in order to provide replacements.
We offer a 14 day return policy; if for whatever reason you no longer want your purchase, you may return the product for a full refund.
The product must be in original (as new) condition, with original packaging, for this offer to apply, the customer is responsible for return postage.
